This Baroque castle ranks among the most impressive examples of 18th century architecture in the Czech Republic. The original medieval stronghold was rebuilt at the end of the 16th century as a Renaissance castle by the Austrian architect J. Prandtauer. The castle theatre has decoration by Jean Baptista and is a rarity; there are also the Salla Terrena, a French garden and an English park with sculptures representing Classical mythology. The castle is connected with the imposing CHURCH OF ST. MARGARET. According to your wish, it is possible to organize concerts in the MUSIC HALL (150 seats)
