This castle built on the site of a medieval fortress in 14th century. Constructed in the second half of the 17th century, it assumed its final form during the first half of the 18th century under Karel Anton�n S�renyi, whose family owned the castle from the half of 17th to the half of 19th centuries. The Hall of Ancestors with a huge fresco by F. Eckstein and the chapel are imposing. The property includes a French park, an extensive pheasantry and a former tropical greenhouse which now houses an exhibit of work by Moravian Barokque sculptors.
